Meet Teresa Roberts, M.Ed

Teresa Roberts is a nationally respected early childhood education leader with more than 35 years of experience transforming preschool programs and developing high-performing leadership teams. As the former CEO of Celebree School of Alexandria, she brings executive leadership experience and hands-on operational expertise to every organization she supports.

She began her career as a kindergarten teacher with the Department of Defense in Okinawa, Japan, where she developed her passion for nurturing high-quality learning environments. Throughout her career, Teresa has successfully launched more than 20 preschool programs and guided numerous schools through the NAEYC accreditation process.

Her work focuses on strategic planning, operational optimization, leadership development, and professional development design, helping preschool organizations build strong foundations and sustainable growth. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Special Education. She is also an active member of Zero to Three and the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
